Hey guys, we have a great opportunity to partner with ICare in reaching out to our community members who struggle with housing. Maybe Sunday we can check our inventory to see what we have available to donate. 🤠
50 is the target number
“Dear Community Partners,
I hope you are doing well as we begin the new year.
ICARE Union County is preparing To-Go Boxes for a breakfast outreach on January 24th, which will be offered to members of the unhoused community as part of a community count and connection effort. This event allows us not only to provide a warm meal, but also to engage individuals with care, dignity, and available resources.
To support this effort, we are seeking donations of the following items:
• To-Go Boxes
• Silverware (individually wrapped preferred)
• Napkins
• Hot Cups
• Cold Cups
• Orange Juice
These supplies will help us successfully serve breakfast and support individuals during this important outreach.
A flyer with additional event details will be shared soon. In the meantime, if your organization is able to donate any of the items listed—or help spread the word by sharing this request with your networks—we would be incredibly grateful.
Thank you for your continued partnership and commitment to supporting prevention, wellness, and care in Union County.

Respectfully,
Rebecca Hughes"
Our plan is to announce this opportunity to the congregation on Sunday, gather items, and deliver them on the 22nd or 23rd. Stay tuned!!
